I am a hotelier since 2003 to up to now. I have worked many years in mid lease and came back to srilanka in 2014.

I am more interested to work in food & beverage area with my ability to show all the talents to the future. I am able to work with computer and more experience with micro and info-genesis system. Can do the cashiering as well.

In extra work ability. I have worked in hotel reservation department for few months also I can cook Asian food well, More PR skills and guest attraction is my one of best talent. It is like a spell binder.

Related to the food and beverage I can do the daily briefing and pass the messages and discuss about the budget and planning also upcoming promotions to increase the revenue that exactly company needs. Also can do the food and beverage training and staff allocation with capacity of the place. Keeping records and updating the maintenance issues and notify to the management.

Always follow up the company rules and regulations and act accordingly. Also keep the standards without it let to collapsed.

I am a strong team player and always with the team. On duty no matter who am I. need to go with my operation very smoothly. So I am there.
